In the context of major geopolitical and economic upheavals – higher energy prices, return of inflation, rising interest rates – ATALIAN decided to act not to suffer the effects of this economic situation over the short but especially the long term.
After considering various projects, ATALIAN refocused on selling its activities in Great Britain, Ireland and Asia to reduce the Group’s debt significantly.
Furthermore, to enable ATALIAN to continue its development, Franck JULIEN has appointed Maximilien PELLEGRINI as the ATALIAN Group’s CEO, effective 2 May 2023.
