General measures for the prevention and control of infectious diseases are implemented in facilities subject to sanitary control, ie in buildings, plants, premises, devices and equipment of persons performing economic activities and in activities in the field of health, education, social welfare, catering , tourism, crafts and services, sports and recreation, facilities for public water supply and wastewater disposal and landfills for municipal waste disposal, in the field of public transport, in and around residential buildings, in public areas and public buildings in cities and towns and other facilities from public health and communal importance.
